What I can say without hesitation is he delivers a first-rate product because he has a list that is nothing short of first class in terms of subcontractors. He restored an old Cow barn from the 1880s for us and transformed it into an exquisite example of a loft that has every convenience. We lifted the barn and put in a foundation and a lower floor. That lower floor incorporates a wine cellar for 3000 bottles, an exercise room , a working office, two apartments and storage rooms. Every detail has been taken care of with oversight and understanding of what my husband and I required in terms of a polished finished product.

A year after we moved into the barn, we decided to build a small replica of the barn as a pool house . He’s supplied us with a very fine architect and the space is joyful and functional for this past season. The great beneficiaries are my grown children and their children. Obviously, Jason gets highest recommendation.
